Not sure what the other reviewer is on about but I have been a customer of Ziwi for a long time and have always had fantastic service. I highly recommend Ziwi for anyone out there that wants a bargain on there next book purchase. -

The worst customer service I have ever had. It took them more than 18 days to deliver my set of books, which I had intended to give my daughter on her birthday. The set was listed with a delivery time of 3-7 days but when it did not arrive and I did not hear anything, I started calling and e mailing them. A horrible silence followed, when all I wanted was to find a solution, maybe cancel my order, maybe go and pick it up, as long as I had it on time. It arrived 2 days after my daughters birthday and although I finally did receive a phonecall, there was no apology, no refund, nothing..... I think they really don't care at all about your business. Which is why I will not buy from this seller and I do not recommend ziwi to anybody.
