I have been a member of NZ sale for a few years and never had a problem until this year. In December I ordered some beauty implements. Upon receiving them, I noticed they had missed two pairs of tweezers. I contacted them and they said they did not have enough of the tweezers to fill my order so I was refunded the amount for the tweezers. Which was frustrating as I really only wanted the tweezers, but purchased other items in the sale to justify the shipping. But I let it go with the thought that they will not make the same mistake again and certainly not with the same customer. January, I ordered two brow kits. One as a gift for my sister in law who I have just shown how to fill her brows to get the perfect, flawless celebrity style brow, the other was to be for when my clients come in and so I can show them how they too can get flawless brows when going out. However on Monday I got an email saying that my order could not be fulfilled. When I went onto the contact section of the app, I asked why this had happened as they supposedly order from the suppliers when the sale has closed so they have a number of how many they need to complete the order. I received a copy and pasted reply from one of their customer services team stating that excess stock is not kept in the warehouse. Which I already know. This sort of response was all I got for 3 days. So on Wednesday I took to their facebook page and left a comment on their wall about customer service being terrible (probably used a few vulgar words) and that they had messed two orders within as many months. I got a slightly quicker reply from this avenue of contact to which they asked for my number to contact me. I kept my phone on me all day Wednesday waiting for a call so this could finally get my money back (had to cancel card I used for purchase due to theft so they couldn't process refund that way). I did not receive a phone call until Thursday at 4pm saying that they are going to refund my partially unfulfilled order which cost less than the order they did not fulfill at all. I am currently trying to contact them every way possible and if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. If we all share a status on social media sites along with our stories followed with #NZSalesucks it Could get more recognition. Thank you! -
