I ordered some gifts from Tickle at this time last year. After speaking to someone on their customer service desk regarding the order she guaranteed the items would be delivered in time for Christmas. After Christmas came and went the items had not been delivered to any of the recipients the gifts were ordered for. I then went about spending many months sending emails and attempting to reach the customer service number. No matter how much I tried I never received a response from Tickle. Luckily I ordered using my credit card so was able to reclaim the money from my bank.
I would never ever recommend Tickle to anyone, unless I didn't like them of course.
