For me the scambusters site contains a number of postings that are not scams at all, sometimes just the suspisions of well meaning folk. Administrators need to offer more wisdom and judgement because to be unjustafiably listed on scambusters implys one has been involved in a scam which is seldom the case.
By their own definition being, Scambusters define a scam as "A scheme designed to separate an honest trader from their cash"; hence, applying this guidence site Administrators would not look enept to Authorities. -

Could be a really good site if the admin and some of the users didn't harrass people who made genuine complaints about scams
