PB Technologies realize they are probably the biggest computer reseller in New Zealand and as a result they appear to structure their absolutely appalling 3rd world customer service to suit. I have a bad customer service story for every single one of the times that I have been in to their store. The most recent was today when I spent 25 minutes trying to get someone to help me with a simple question, (which would have resulted in the sale of $1300 worth of hardware) when I finally approached the front counter to ask for help the checkout lady told me to “just walk around the store and find a sales person” I walked around the store for another 34 MINITUES trying to get some help then finally walked out.
