This has to be one of the worst websites I've ever bought off. Stupidly gave them one last chance in early May. Still waiting for my item, my post was deleted from their FB page, they're ignoring my emails thru their contact us link on the website. What a friggin joke. They take our hard earned money and we get nothing in return. If anyone wants to go to Fair Go, I am in! Will never EVER buy from these clowns again. -

For all of you that felt has been taken for a ride and cheated, they also sell on Trade Me by the same name. Located at Unit b, 9 Douglas Alexander Parade, Albany.
I, too have not see my goods nor hear from them.

My wife started using this site slightly more then year ago, and her first ordering did well. Then, after while she decided to use it again couple of months ago. We made two orders 5 minutes away from each other. First order arrived in 15 days and items ( 2 pairs of shoes) were completely different from ordered. Different brand, different color etc. Nothing in common with ordered. We wrote to support about fixing the situation, but they replied that they think ticket is closed. They did not reply for next emails. Second order arrived two month after order date. A pair of shoes is ok, as ordered, and instead of ordered "matching" handbag another(random) pair of shoes. So from four ordered items we end up with one item ok and three others is just random junk. Turns out to be more expensive that hi-street shop. There was no invoices or order confirmations comes with parcels. So i think it is time to lunch legal action now. -

Just like the person below me has said, I too ordered from the Mink Pink sale over six weeks ago, only to be told they did not have what I ordered. When I typed up an angry email to send to them, I could not find ANYWHERE on the site to contact them! I stupidly read all these reviews BEFORE buying off this site, and still thought I would trust them. Bad idea. These people are basically running a scam. Really unhappy. I will be going to Fair Go.
