I would give them no stars if this was an option!! We ordered my fathers headstone, it took 4 months for them to make (it was paid in full up front) ... they called and said it was ready and they were putting it on dads grave next day... Well you would not believe my mother went up to see it AND IT WAS ON THE WRONG GRAVE !!!!! can you imagine !! they actually cemented it into another mans grave...unbelievable !!!! we called them and they came out that night and removed it and put it on my fathers grave, however in doing this they chipped it in 2 places and the roses were red they were supposed to be gold. They again came out to fix it but did a rush job and the gold on the roses flaked off. They again came out and fixed BUT tried to put the blame on us for that one, they actually said that it looked like someone had rubbed the gold off with their finger ?!? Um what !! no nobody rubbed it and even if the did if it was done correctly it would not be able to rub off, this is a headstone out in all weather !! But the thing I can't get over is the fact that they put my dads headstone on the WRONG grave..... and for this we paid $5000 and all we got was a letter of apology and a snooty phone call...
